Had an emergency where I scratched up my current lenses and couldn’t see out of them. I was able to get two pairs of glasses on the SAME day today. The eye doctor was amazing and the rest of the staff in the glasses storeroom were too. I actually ended up picking the two pairs one of them picked out for me after I explained what I wanted. I would have been out of work without glasses so this place absolutely saved me. Great selection of lenses too. I’ve never heard of any place that provides you new glasses SAME DAY and highly, highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you to the store team for turning my nightmare today into something manageable!

We live out of state and I brought my Daughter here for glasses since she goes to college close by. I didn’t realize they had coupons on their website for quite a huge savings. They specifically asked us if we were new customers yet no mention of the coupon available online. The people we Go to in Rhode Island where I live would have hooked us up and told us about it. They want my repeat business. My daughter went to pick up her glasses and tried to get them to make it right. Seems it states on the coupon that, that’s not allowed. Good lookin out guys. No integrity for the win! Are you new customers? Have you been here before? “No… I’m out of state blablabla, insert small chitchat but we move here next year for the rest of our lives.” No mention of awesome coupon specifically for NEW customers available on their website. They don’t want my business. We do not have insurance. We bought a complete pair of glasses and another set of new lenses for another set of frames we had. Yes exactly. We did not mention your online coupons as new customers. You also did not mention them. Noted.
