Teri was friendly and incredibly helpful up front, including straightening things out with my health insurance to make sure they covered my treatment. Brandon is an incredible PT, taking time to get to know you, listen to your pain, and provide exercises that work. He consistently encouraged me to keep working toward change long term. Even the physical therapists that weren't working with me were friendly. Thank you, Rock Valley, for making me feel at home!
