  I am so happy I came to see Tina. The service is great beginning with the first contact on the phone making an appointment. And then when I saw Tina who is pleasant, kind, and very caring, it made me think that I was in the right place. She was easy to understand when it came to introducing the aides, explaining, answering questions, and then sharing happiness with me when I heard sounds for the first time that I hadn’t been hearing. I am amazed what the AudioNova is doing for me! During the follow up appointment she patiently answered all my questions, reviewing how to take care of my aides and assured me that I can call any time if I have questions. Anyone who senses a hearing loss would be very pleased to come to see Tina! So thank you very much!
