This is my "eye care home." The staff is very warm and caring. They work to give you the best deal and are patient at explaining your benefits and any deals they may have. The doctors are thorough and answer any questions I have. They also have a great selection of glasses and contact brands and are very willing to do exchanges and returns if you're not satisfied.

Amanda, store manager for Target Optical in Urbandale, Iowa, is simply amazing! When I first entered the store, I was concerned it wasn’t going to be the best pricing for me, and that I would need to go to a less expensive store. She asked for the opportunity to price things for me, and then proceeded to educate me on a number of topics. I immediately knew I was in the right place! I felt secure and well cared for, and confident she was looking out for my best interest. I did not leave the store until I ordered three pairs of reader glasses, and I cannot wait to pick them up when they’re ready!

Everyone is great, Dr Jenny has been a gem helping me over the last 2-3 weeks with eye pains! Payton helped me with my glasses and told me I looked good so that boosts the confidence haha, and the store manager Amanda, is also wonderful. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I won’t change- once you find wonderful people that actually care, you continue going there- well that’s my motto anyways!

Dr. Ferguson is amazing. I had so many questions and she helped me with all of them. I was so frustrated with my vision and thought this was as good as it was going to be with getting older, but she made it so much better!!
