  I had the worst experience with them among all the clinic I have ever visited in my 30+ years in USA!!! I would give 0 star if I could! Check on online for complains and law suits first before you book with them. It will save you! I had implant and invisalign treatments with them. This is a place that doesnt keep records for patients - other online reviews also pointed it out. When things happened they would tell you that we had no records. In my case, my implant was pulled out due to infection, my crown was poked with a small hole on the bottom on the tongue side by the technician using a bulky scanner and was promosed to fix later. Plus the worst thing was their technician put attachments for invisalign treatment on the wrong places that caused me very bad toothache that I couldn't eat on that side and couldn't wear my trays for many hours. Besides, my teeth were turned to the wrong directions - the sequential panoramic x-rays can show those clearly. After I figured it out myself why my teeth turned wrong and pointed it to the dentist on duty that day, he agreed with me and got rid of the attachment and asked a technician to reattach it. But it was still on the wrong place. This dentist saw me again and got rid of three wrongfully attached attachments and said they would put attachments back for next new scanning anyway after I finished my last tray. However when I came back they told me they have done with me. I brought up all my above concerns and refused to have the attachments removed and retainer made, they said no records about all of them. When I sent them the picture of the antibiotics med they prescribed for me for treating infection, they abruptly kicked me out. They have collected the money for getting rid the attachments and have the retainers made but they refused to refund me. I had to spend more money to have these done. To the office manager: Dont say that I was not treated by your office for implant and invisalign. You know who I am. This is just my Google account. Even though you have moved your office from West Des Moines to Urbandale, I still know who you guys are!

  Had an unexpected tooth ache which escalated over night. Called the minute they opened and They graciously got me Rignt in! From start to finish the team went above and beyond. Thank you for putting me at ease and taking such remarkable care! Would not go anywhere else highly recommend!!!

  Lacey was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was very thorough, assuring, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the dentist!!!!

  My daughter has been my dental hygienist for the past 20 years and has decided to stay at home with her kiddos, therefore I needed to try a new hygienist. I was pretty apprehensive and thought I’ll make the 2 hour drive , have one last appointment then find someone in my. Lacy was my hygienist . She was amazing!!! She was knowledgeable, gentle, informative and thorough. The best part was that I felt like I was sitting there with my daughter. Lacy exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be making the two hour drive. Lacy, you’re my new hygienist and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt my experience was note worthy.
