  My mother and I both see Dr Craig. He is very thorough. He asks AND ANSWERS questions with more patience than any Dr I have visited. Truly Grateful for him being on my, and mother care time

  I’ve had severe chronic fatigue, whole body pain, & chronic inflammation for 7 years now. I’m aware there’s no cure, no “miracle”, & you don’t know everything. Despite specifically requesting a biopsy for Sjogren’s my mother & my grandmother have, Dr Chessini said no. He lectured me about my depression & anxiety caused by my health issues, my lack of exercise due to extreme rebound fatigue, my weight, & ignored everything I said. No sht there’s no miracle treatment. I don’t have a choice. I would have been better off never seeing him bc I could have kept my hope that anything can change. It was a cut/paste bs experience. I should talk to my pcp? SHE referred me to YOU. I would greatly prefer doctors admit they don’t know, actually listen, & take literally any approach to identifying issues instead of doing nothing & blaming an assumed lack of effort on my part. “Come back if it gets worse.” If it gets worse, I’ll be dead. No big deal, I’m just losing my eyesight, my hearing, my ability to do basic things like shower or cook. I’ll make sure they send you an invite to my funeral. This abject denial of my desires & lived experience could have been a phone call. Don’t bother apologizing. Do better.

  We love this office! We love our Doctors, the nurses and lab people, and the back office support staff. They are all great! We have been going to IA Arthritis and Osteoporsis for years and refer people there often!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Ronkar's here since 2013. I have never had an unpleasant experience here, nor any negative encounter with any staff. Highly recommend!
