He made sure Phil took a test drive. This made Quinten comment that he was happy he was part of the experience of getting Phil mobile again. He was very kind and was moved along with us and excited about all this. I was almost in tears he did such a great job and very caring. The next day he came back to install another railing and explained more information to Phil and again made sure he understood! At the end of his time with us he said he felt honor to be part of our journey in this and gave us all a hug!
