- MCMichelle ClausenJul 26, 20265.0When he first game he shook my hand and introduced himself. He was very through in the installation and made sure we understood how to run it. He made sure Phil took a test drive. This made Quinten comment that he was happy he was part of the experience of getting Phil mobile again. He was very kind and was moved along with us and excited about all this. I was almost in tears he did such a great job and very caring. The next day he came back to install another railing and explained more information to Phil and again made sure he understood! At the end of his time with us he said he felt honor to be part of our journey in this and gave us all a hug!

- MTMark TylerMar 15, 20265.0I have purchased a mobility scooter, a pride model used about 1-year-old. Maybe one and a half and they had put new batteries in it. However, I couldn't go very far only about 3 mi and that included going back home. So I called him up. Took it down to him. They took it in. Checked everything all out and found out one of the new batteries had a dead short so they replaced both of the batteries again. Made sure they're both good. Didn't charge me a dime. They were very good about it. I would recommend them anyway. The people are just super friendly. The young lady that works there is just magnificent. He takes care of everything right away and one of the gentlemen from the back did the work. I would highly recommend them
