  Earlier today, my barely 7 weeks old prescription glasses lens fell off from the rim. I bought it overseas when my Husband & I traveled to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It's the 2nd this happened. 1st time, my Husband was able to put it back in with his glasses kit. Then today, I'm at work helping one of my customers, I work in retail. So after work, I stopped @ an Optical clinic across from my work. It's name starts with a letter "W." I went inside, it was so dead & quiet in the lobby. There were (2) Ladies there, I told them quickly the situation, that I am not one of their clients. Right away, both Women told me "Oh our Technician is out but, You can go to another Optical down the streets. It was not really a warm & fuzzy treatment. Then, I remember there is an Optical department inside the Target 🎯 store..I went inside & there's a very nice Lady inside with a smile. When I told Linda L. Puhl ( I came to find out from the business card that she's handed me later. she fixed my lens in a heart beat. She's so attentive & looked at the lens & right away, Linda told me that my lens is almost smaller than the rim that's why it came out easily. I am so careful with it & it's a pricey Gucci brand . Linda, wiped my prescription glasses nicely. She noticed that I did not have my case for it because, I wear it from home to work & back. So, Linda kindly gave me a carrying case to protect my glasses 🕶️. I asked Linda how much I owed her & she graciously said "oh nothing.". Then, she handed me her business card. I cannot thank you enough Linda for saving the day for me 🤗..   Linda was amazing! She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and did an excellent job following up and making sure everything was taken care of. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Linda exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. She deserves recognition for her efforts—a raise, bonus, spiff, or whatever reward program your company offers. Employees like Linda are a tremendous asset to any organization. Thank you, Linda, for your excellent service!

  Our family was unexpectedly rerouted to the Sioux City area this weekend for a family emergency and both my husband and my son ended up needing assistance with their contacts. Not only were we thrilled to find this location open on Memorial Day, Linda was incredibly kind and helpful! As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that working on a holiday isn’t always fun. However, Linda not only helped us she went above and beyond! I am so appreciative!
