  They play right along with the insurance companies wasting time and money doing physical therapy when they know from looking at mri results its not going to do any good. Just putting my wife through needless additional pain.

  Been going to see Physical Therapy Specialist since 1995/1996. Always been loyal because they were first a great team as 2 then everyone that they employed was absolutely wonderful. Not that I would matter as a client, I am sure they have tons of folks who adore them. Needed more physical therapy as usual after all these years going and now am told my insurance is not taken by the new merger. That hurt me. Tried calling them for last week but no awer nor answering machine. I know there was som trouble with the phones but Dakota dunes os fine. So no clue. I have to say the hardest was having to tell my son. He has been asking continously when can go back because we were waiting until we thought insurance would approve him to go again. He really needed and appreciated tge help. He cried and I just couldn't get him to understand why. He still is upset. Just trying to understand why but with no one answering it's sad and hard to understand. I am sure whoever they merged with they thought was best. Well nice knowing you all.

  The therapist is top notch! Very thorough in explaining the process and what the expectations are! Never too pushy! They genuinely care and are always willing to listen and show compassion! Tim is very professional and is consistent from visit to visit!

  i had a shin splint back in around september/october because of cross country and came here for treatment. the staff was always very friendly when making appointments and checking in. mike did a great job treating me. he always made conversations and was very fun to talk to. honestly miss going here lol.

  Years ago I was a patient at PT Specialists and they helped me get back to running. Kevin was my PT and he made appointment time fun and productive. Since then, I was a PTA student at PT Specialists and was hired at graduation. Currently, I am the Practice Liaison and help spread the word about this amazing team - which is easy to do as they truly are the best in Siouxland!
