  Today was such a special day—I officially graduated from Rock Valley Physical Therapy! ❤️ Back in January, I broke my ankle and was told I would be non-weight-bearing for at least six weeks. When I started therapy on February 6th, I couldn’t even walk. I had to learn how to walk all over again, and let me tell you… it wasn’t always easy! For the past seven months, the amazing team at Rock Valley has been there every step of the way. My therapist, Lincoln, deserves a very special thank-you. I’m so grateful for all the times he pushed me, even when I really didn’t want to be pushed! 😂 And every time I said, “I can’t,” he would remind me, “One more!” Those little words made such a big difference. Everyone at Rock Valley has been so wonderful, friendly, encouraging, and caring. I’m truly going to miss my “peeps” there! After seven months of hard work, frustration, encouragement, and a whole lot of determination, I’m finally back on both feet again! What a feeling! Thank you, Rock Valley Physical Therapy, for everything you do and for helping me get back to where I am today. And a very special thank-you to Jane at the front desk for always being so kind, caring, and helpful. . You’re appreciated more than you know!   I saw Stephanie during my pregnancy and after my baby was born, and it has been such a great experience as my body has changed. She has helped with strengthening my pelvic floor, and building back my core muscles. She has been such an important part of getting me back to my physically activity routine.

  I've had a great experience at Rock Valley for my shoulder issues! I was able to get in quickly for an evaluation and starting treatment. Jane at the front desk is the perfect greeter, always welcoming and friendly when you arrive. Hannah is an excellent physical therapist and problem solver as we've worked through the different layers of my shoulder issues, and I enjoy seeing her each week. All of the physical therapists here are very caring, encouraging, and involved with their patients. Great place for PT!

  Rock Valley in Polk City is wonderful! I came here for pelvic floor therapy and diastasis recti, and the results have been incredible. Stephanie and Makena are professional, kind, and highly motivating. They make sensitive, potentially embarrassing topics feel completely approachable. I learned how to strengthen my deep core, which transformed my postpartum recovery—my stomach is flatter and my body finally feels 'normal' again. I had no idea a weak pelvic floor caused issues like a pooching tummy, constipation, and incontinence, but I saw noticeable improvements after just a few visits. My kids are six and four, which proves it is never too late to get your strength back!
