    I used to love Whylie eyecare since I moved to Des. Moines, this one here has always been like family. I love how they work with their customers. No issues always helpful. Now. They're switching over. Looks like to a big corporation company. The family vibe just went out the window.. We now have to wait and go to a different company to go pay more money to get Prescriptions put in because they decided to inform people Friday. business is closed until the 19th and they just found out on Friday. It's not helping their business at all. They're actually losing more business. And if this is the type of business, they gonna start running this new little management little lady, that's in here it's not gonna be good. Talking to people like they are kids. That's not going to be good for for a small business. Like this whelp, it was good. While It lasted? I even brought other people over This is not gonna go over well. Be careful and pay attention. I hope they bounce back i really hope it gets better not just look better and raise all the prices to pay for a make over . Give the ladies and the doctors a chance they are amazing. It's not fair to them

    Eye doctor and exam was excellent. Picked out my frames and now almost 3 weeks later I still do not have them. I was told it would be up to another 2 weeks. If I could get a refund for my glasses I would, and I would get my new glasses faster somewhere else. I should have read the reviews before deciding to take my business to Wylie in Pleasant Hill. Completely unacceptable.
