  Kathy Shaw and her daughter Stacy were wonderful to work with on so many levels! They were truly service oriented and showed my husband and I the utmost respect! We would highly Pella’s Concept by IOWA Hearing!!!

  We have been to several concept hearing locations. The Pella location is by far the most courteous and customer service oriented of them all. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly not just to my husband and I, but to other patrons as well. Stacy is so knowledgeable about the app and servicing of my husband's hearing aids. She makes sure things are correct and working to his satisfaction before we leave her office. She always adds " if you think something needs adjusted afterwards, just give me a call." If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend choosing this location for your hearing aid needs.
