I often left feeling unheard and unsupported. I ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere because I didn’t feel well cared for. The clinic should address these issues so future patients receive competent, empathetic care.

I then ask for EMDR as soon as they offered it but they wouldn't set me up with it. But now they agree it would be good for me .... but wait there's Noone to help you. But if they would have listened to me years ago I'd be better by now. They don't listen or advocate for their patients at all. Your just another number
