  Not sure how this business has gotten 5 stars from anyone but I guess everyone has family members 😄. I grew up in Harlan and my mother is now 91 years old and needed help with her hearing but instead of getting help she was scammed from $6000. They have a 30 day trial period and my mother tried to take back the hearing aids back twice before that 30 days were up but the guy said try for a few more days/weeks so she trusted him. She tried again to return and lo and behold her 30 days were up. Surprise!!!!!! She now is out $6000 and she still has hearing problems. This guy should at least try to contact her trying to help her but nothing. More phone calls will be made to Miracle Ear. Please beware!!!! This could happen to you or your family. Shame on him

  I have had my new Livio Edge AI’s for a year and they are the best I have ever had. The first hour I had them I was in a restaurant and noticed I could hear the person across from me clearly without alot of background noise. I also appreciate the service Tim gives me and his kindness.
