  It was not just one thing that made my experience great. It was everything that made my experience great. Welcoming greetings set me at ease. Explanations of my hearing results and the proper solutions backed by loads of knowledge, reviews and experiences made my decisions simple. Kathy and Susan answered all my questions and never made me feel insecure. Thank you, I can hear the birds sing, the cattle bellow and the giggles of the grandkids again.

  Kathy is the best. She ALWAYS makes sure you are happy within your hearing and makes sure you know how the work them.

  Appt with Kathy at the Grinnell office was terrific! Appt started on time, first time check-in was fast and easy, medical tests were performed in a controlled environment, the office is equipped with good equipment, after test reports were presented clearly. For me no hearing aids were required so my experience ended there.

  Kathy is amazing and I always leave feeling better than I did when I arrived and she helped me to understand some of my hearing loss and where I'm at.
