  I’m so glad we choose to go to visions for less for our daughters glasses. The team there was so wonderful to work with. Very helpful and friendly!

  I'm usually very happy with Vision 4 Less but this time something went wrong. My every day glasses were perfectly fine but my sunglasses weren't fitting. Lisa did multiple adjustments and still they felt like someone else's glasses. Val looked at them and noticed a couple differences in size and curvature right away. She, too, tried her best. I had a young man helping me pick my frames and this was one of the frames. Though I did say they felt loose he assured me that they could be adjusted to fit. Val told me he was new and I should probably get different frames. I asked her to help me as she seemed knowledgeable. The frames I chose were $79.00. I had paid $189.00 for the first frames. I expected a fair $110.00 refund but was told it's not their policy!! Val said she would speak with her manager; that was two days ago and I haven't heard from her manager. Val said it was the manager's choice. I told Val to tell her I have a choice as well, to keep coming and recommending Vision 4 Less or NOT. I made sure these women who helped me knew how much I appreciated their help; they bent over backward to help with frames that shouldn't have been sold to me. I'm sorry that the company may be willing to lose me as a customer and any referrals I have over $110.00.

  Expect a long wait when going. Always short staffed. I will be finding a different optometrist.
