- FRFrank RussoJun 24, 20261.0I Feel that this place should definitely take some time and clean up their website and put critical details related to their virtual exam format and insurance stipulations, ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! instead of throwing and blowing your phone up the day before your appointment giving you “ do’s and dont’s “ can and can’t , will and wont’s, confusing text messages about registration, and when you get there the demand of payment prior to your pre exam with a tech not Doctor, if your insurance don’t meet their criteria, and there’s not even an eye doctor physically there, ADDITIONALLY THE LENS CRAFTERS, store is sharing/operating in the same space, and it was so disappointing ( after looking at 42 pages of frame options on the LensCrafters website) their representative told me in store and online options are totally different I was so offended and disgusted, dissatisfied disappointed and disturbed I cancelled my appointment and burned time from my day

He did a great job at answering any questions I had and at explaining things he was doing throughout my eye exam. The last eye exam I had a few years ago with another doctor, I felt we went through the exam kind of fast. I explained this to Dr. Parsons and asked if we could go a little slower at one point and he was very understanding and accommodating. Great eye check up!
