  I had problems with my hearing aids unfortunately my audiologist is in Freeport and I was unable to get to her to get the help that I needed with my hearing aids on a quick notice. Feeling very frustrated, calling around to other hearing aide providers, I was not having any luck. Then one day I was out working at the mall and I come across concept by Iowa hearing, I thought what the heck, maybe if I explain my case face to face they will help me. I believe the lady at the was Rhonda, she heard me out, at least didn't leave me feeling frustrated, she left me hopeful. I left my hearing aid there for her hearing aid specialist to look over they could call my insurance and find out if there was anything that they could do to help me that alone was huge to me, their willingness. Long story short when I got back there we had gone over everything and there was nothing that they could do for my hearing aids. But at least I knew there was still hope, I just needed to go to the original audiologist that had the program for my specific needs, plus we figured out they were still under warranty! I'll tell you what these ladies are a gem, being so willing to help was amazing? It's a crusty old world, not everyone is willing to help, if it doesn't gain them something. I'm grateful for you ladies and I will come back to you when my hearing aid warranties is up. I swear this is the place to go If you want to be treated important, worthy, listening to your needs and meeting them. Thank you Concept of Iowa Hearing, thank you for your help!
