  We stopped by on our way through Dubuque to get help with connecting my husbands hearing aids to his phone. The receptionist was so sweet and so helpful. We were so thankful for her.

  Was in the Kennedy Mall and stopped in at Concept of Iowa to see if their devices would be able to help my husband who has tennitis. The women were very helpful and informative. With the additional information they provided he said he will consider going in to be tested and find out what they can do to help him. Thanks for taking the time to give me information that helped him change his mind about hearing devices.
