  Very rude and unfriendly environment at the Ingersoll location. When you walk into the building you’re not greeted or anything which makes everything feel extremely unwelcoming. Today (December 18) I called to get my prescription adjusted because my current one is NOT correct and I can barely see out of them and the “friendly” receptionist hung up in my face. When I called back to see why she did that, the manager Whitney simply stated “She thought the conversation was over”. How you do think a conversation is over when she hung up in my face as I was talking? I have never in my life been hung up on by a receptionist...at a doctors office. Will never return and will find a BETTER eye doctor who knows what he’s doing and doesn’t prescribe incorrect glasses.

  I have been a customer for many years at Whylie's eye care and have always had great service from Dr. Williams for my eye care and also excellent help in choosing my eye wear from both Kim and Linda! Thank you to all the at the Johnston,Ia. office and recommend them to any one!
