  NORMALLY I receive outstanding service at V4L. But this last time was a mess. I pull in to the parking lot, and there are NO SPOTS TO PARK AT ALL! So I park on the grass. After waiting several minutes, an employee comes up to me. 'Sir, is that your car?' 'It's is....' 'We can't have you park there.' It was a this point that I responded that there was no where to park, and suggested she announce that the driver of the FJ cruiser that was very clearly, very deliberately taking up two spots must move their car. She responded she would 'try to have the car moved' but made no announcement. She also asked me to illegally park at the neighboring business. That was already a frusturating enough experience, but I drive past this store on my way home from work, and what do I see the next two days? That same white Toyota FJ cruiser. So. V4L. If you have an employee who drives a white FJ Cruiser. Please fire them. Immediately. An employee intentionally taking up multiple spots in a crowded parking lot is the height of customer and workplace disrespect. As for why i was in the store, i was picking up replacment glasses for recently purchased broken glasses. Opted not to get the extended warranty. They broke in about 3 months. Took them in, and the tech said that, while I didn't buy the extended warranty, the break looked more like manufacturer error than something I did wrong. She agreed to replace them. Like I said, NORMALLY 5 star service. I never got the text to notify for pickup. (Was told when I called in it was a computer error due to system update, which, understandable). When I picked my glasses up I asked if I could add the extended warranty now. Was told no, that it must be added within 30 days of purchase (which i had already been told at time of purchase). I get it, rules are rules. I regret not getting the warranty. But I would happily give you the 5 star review that you (usually) deserve if you look in to this white FJ Cruiser and let me buy the extended warranty to my glasses.

  Best eye glass place in the DSM area. Been a customer for the entire 9 years I've lived here. Glasses in about 1hr. (Normally within 30 minutes).

  This was my myself and my husbands first time here and Keyana was great. She was friendly, bubbly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all her help and we will definitely be repeat customers.
