  Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Colton Smith and the team at Rock Valley Physical Therapy.   "Life saver" and "Miracle worker" come to mind!   My son injured his shoulder days before the Junior National Racquetball Championships in Des Moines.  We were travelling from out of town to Iowa on a Tuesday and called based on proximity to our downtown hotel.  Colton answered the phone and offered to squeeze us into his schedule on both Wednesday and Thursday!   After meeting with him on Wednesday, we also added a Friday time.   The care and support he provided for my son was exceptional (ultrasound, stretching, massage, taping, etc).   Colton also provided him with beneficial warm-up and cool-down exercises.   My son went on to qualify for the US Team and achieved his best finishes ever in the championships winning 2 national doubles titles (no junior team in history has ever done this in the same week) and reaching the singles semifinals. Days prior he was contemplating withdrawing... and Colton helped him achieve his dream through difficult circumstances.  THANK YOU COLTON.   You will forever be part of the story when we look back at this accomplishment.  Without you this wouldn't have been possible! If you are local, or in Des Moines from out of town for sports competition or travel, give Rock Valley (Colton rocks!) Physical Therapy a call and they will do their best to help you.  They care, it shows, and they can make a difference!  Forever grateful and appreciative!  Our family cannot thank you enough!

  Alex listened to me describe my symptoms and goals and set up a treatment plan that has eliminated the pain I was experiencing and greatly increased mobility, couldn't be happier.

  I worked with Stacy Koenigs on strengthening my pelvic floor. She is very knowledgeable and supportive. I enjoyed my sessions at Rock Valley PT. I would highly recommend them.

  Excellent staff and service. I couldn't be more pleased with the progresss we've made thus far after having surgery. I highly recommend Rock Valley to anyone needing high quality physical therapy!
