I have been doing ketamine treatments for several months now with Doctor Halbersma and it is amazing! I love how cozy and welcoming everyone is at the office! Doctor Halbersma is very warm and kind, and always communicates everything perfectly! Ketamine has been helping my depression significantly and I’m so thankful! I highly recommend Doctor Halbersma for psychiatric care and ketamine treatments!

Everyone at this practice is friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I truly can’t say enough good things about the staff. Tami and Cayte are amazing—they take the time to really listen, make you feel valued, and genuinely care about helping you. You never feel rushed or dismissed, and that makes all the difference.
Frequently Asked Questions About Resilient Health Services
What can I expect during my first appointment?
During your initial visit, your provider will take time to learn about your concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. This may include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, a discussion of your symptoms, and a review of possible treatment options. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and work together on a plan that feels supportive and personalized.
Do you accept insurance?
Resilient Health Services accepts a variety of insurance plans. Because coverage varies by provider and policy, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your mental health benefits, copays, and deductibles. Our team is happy to provide any documentation needed for reimbursement.
What should I do if I am in crisis?
Resilient Health Services is not a crisis center and does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact local emergency services right away. Your safety is our top priority.
How does Resilient Health protect my privacy?
Your privacy is very important to us. All communication, including phone and text interactions through Dialpad, is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our clinic’s privacy policy. We protect your personal information and only share it with your consent or when required by law.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. This policy helps us maintain availability for all patients in need of care.
What types of services do you offer?
Our team offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, ketamine treatment (Spravato), life coaching, and supportive clinical services. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and goals.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can request an appointment through our website or by contacting our office directly. A member of our team will assist in matching you with the provider best suited to your needs.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, many of our services are available through secure telehealth platforms, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home. Availability may vary depending on your provider and insurance coverage.
What ages do you serve?
