  My mother, who is elderly and hard of hearing, bought hearing aids from Miracle-Ear believing the representative was helping her. Unfortunately, the hearing aids did not fit properly and caused her pain. By the time she realized this, she was told she could not return them due to the strict 30-day return policy. She did not fully understand that she was signing up for over $5,000 in payments and is now stuck with monthly bills she cannot afford. This has caused her a great deal of stress and heartbreak. Companies that serve seniors should lead with compassion and flexibility. I truly hope Miracle-Ear considers more humane return policies to protect vulnerable customers like my mom.

  Not very handicapped accessible. The only “ramp” for the curb is at the opposite end of the building. It’s also worth noting that this is a hearing aide dealer. They are not medical professionals, and their main purpose is to sell you a hearing aide. It’s best to go to a physician such as an EAR, NOSE AND THROAT doctor. Had I known this wasn’t that, I wouldn’t have brought my patients here.

  My experience with HEARING HEALTHCARE was exceptional ! Everyone of the employees were helpful, considerate, & so pleasant. All of them were knowledgeable & able to answer all my questions.
