  Been bringing my scripts here for a couple yrs now. My frames last, they can fix your lenses on the spot same day, staff is pretty quick by the time you look while you wait, it flys by. They take my private insurance and I get the most from their deals!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. They told me it was going to be an hour wait to just pick up my glasses. I don’t understand what takes one hour to grab a pair of glasses behind the counter and give them to me.

  I had an overall disappointing experience at Vision for Less yesterday, mainly because of the customer service I received from the employee who helped us. The woman assisting us came across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending throughout the interaction. For example, when discussing my transition lenses, she told me they don’t darken in the car. I explained that mine actually do, and instead of listening or acknowledging my experience, she simply told me, “No,” as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. There were several other moments during the conversation where her tone and attitude felt snooty and dismissive. I understand that employees may have information customers don’t, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that information. Customers shouldn’t feel talked down to or argued with when they’re simply asking questions or sharing their own experience. I came in expecting helpful, professional customer service, but unfortunately, this interaction left a bad impression. I hope management takes customer service and employee attitudes seriously because the way this employee treated us was not welcoming or professional.

  Went to Davenport and Moline to get new lenes but wouldnt do it unless I bought frames from the but couple years ago they did that for me. Its just because the people in the back are lazy and if they cant type the frame number in they won't do it just lazy because they did it the first and it was fast.

  Walked in at 6:30 pm to pick out frames quick, understanding they closed at 7:00, Prescription with me. Very rudely informed “We’re not taking any more sales today!” Didn’t feel comfortable even looking so I just left
