Tommy was awesome in finding out what I needed for my back and leg pain. I really appreciate what he did for me. I'm just so tired of being in pain. I noticed a big difference before I even left the store. He was very professional and easy to talk to . Thank you Tommy! You are such a blessing!

Update:
I returned the second day to exchange the arch support for a different size. I observed, Tommie, the store manager, being rude, arrogant and disrespectful to a an older man and older woman. The reason: they would not buy a pair of $1500 arch supports. He was “hard pressing” them by saying the older man should consider his health and we-being. He asked why they came in the store, if they weren’t going to spend money on “quality” foot products! Tommie was just after a sale no matter what!! I stuck up for the couple and then Tommie was rude and disrespectful to me!! He said to me that the only customers that he likes to deal with is ones that have money to spend and those that “truly care” about their feet!! I asked for the owner’s telephone number and Tommie would not provide it!! I was so disappointed after the second day experience, I will only go there when Joseph is scheduled to work. I hope Good Feet monitors this site, because should speak to Tommie about his behavior and interaction with customers.
I went in the Joseph was awesome to work with at Good Feet. The store was located in Davenport, IA. Good Feet was recommended by Jennifer, my Nurse Practitioner. I was having severe left leg pain in my shin and ankle. I purchased a pair of Brooks tennis shoes, socks, and arch supports. The arch supports helped alleviate all of my left leg pain! Thanks, Joseph from Good Feet!!

Manager Tommy made my husband and I welcome when we walked in the store. I have been in a lot of pain due to plantar fasciitis! Tommy thoroughly explained and demonstrated the benefits of the foot products. The samples brought instant relief to my feet! He was such an encouragement to me. His pleasant attitude was greatly appreciated. We gladly bought the Lifestyle Package. Thank you Good Feet Store and Tommy!!

I walked in for a pair of Hokas and walked out with a pair of Brooks, the 3 step arch support system, and a changed life. Tommy was an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m not surprised that they were promoted to manager. If you have an HSA, you can purchase everything in that store using your HSA. They do not sell Hokas though, just changed lives. 10/10 recommend and I will not be shutting up about my arch support system for the next month at least.
