There I met Tommy- there were no other customers in the store and I was in no hurry and my left foot hurt like hell- The guy explained to me about my four arches I had on each foot thought I only had one after measuring my feet and doing some other tests he found what fitted me best- I believe I was in the store at least an hour and a half maybe two- we did discuss a few other topics that we were both interested in- in the end the price for everything was a little more than I thought it would be but I am three days into wearing the supports and am satisfied with the elimination of pain they have made
