- KMKathleen A. MachaelNov 12, 20205.0I just completed my second of six weeks at Rock Valley Physical Therapy. My therapist modeled the exercises for me as we used the equipment in the facility. He sent home a worksheet to practice on those same exercises. I had over-extended my right side so it was difficult to raise my right arm; the muscles were tight & sore. He paced the process so I had time to rest briefly. I enjoyed the variety of exercises besides the core exercises. He demonstrated a nice balance of empathy, motivation, & humor.
