- DLDaniel LangeAug 27, 20262.0Our infant son and daughter were both previously on oxygen equipment through Kelly’s. Over our roughly one year receiving supplies through them, we had some negative experiences that probably could’ve been avoided. I don’t want to get into a list of stuff, but there is one thing I want to highlight: there are certain staff who are just generally unkind, which is difficult for a family like ours going through what we did. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of folks who work there that were great to work with, but that wasn’t the bulk of our experience. For people who need medical equipment, even trying to be helpful goes a long way. Unfortunately we didn’t get that more than we did.
