  Our infant son and daughter were both previously on oxygen equipment through Kelly’s. Over our roughly one year receiving supplies through them, we had some negative experiences that probably could’ve been avoided. I don’t want to get into a list of stuff, but there is one thing I want to highlight: there are certain staff who are just generally unkind, which is difficult for a family like ours going through what we did. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of folks who work there that were great to work with, but that wasn’t the bulk of our experience. For people who need medical equipment, even trying to be helpful goes a long way. Unfortunately we didn’t get that more than we did.

  I was in need of a cpap machine and supplies..Brenda was the wonderful lady who helped me very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help highly recommend Kelly's medical supply

  I contacted Kelly's regarding my mother's CPAP as we needed parts for it. I spoke with Alicia on the phone, she was very knowledgeable as well as professional. If I could give her a 50 star review, I would. When I went to the store she was so helpful and compassionate. She located exactly what I needed for my mother's machine. To say I was thankful is an understatement. Alicia restored my faith that there are good people in this world. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother slept very well last night.

  I traveled to the quad cities with my CPAP machine. Had everything I needed including new hose and such. What did I forget? The adapter for the hose as it goes into the machine. Frantically, I search for anywhere that may have one that I can just grab... everywhere is closed and most of them only sends deliveries for your supplies... then I see Kelly's. I had to sleep without my machine for one night till they opened... worst night ever. When they opened, I texted them the random part that I need and asked if it would be possible to get it today. Not only did they respond within a few hours, they had the part. Then they went above and beyond by calling ME! Just to make sure the part was the correct type and that they'd have it ready for pick up. What a life saver!!! The staff were wonderful and actually cared about getting me set up to not have to spend one more night in apnea horribleness... Thank you so much!!!!!
