I show up 20 minutes early and they’re closed. I’ve called multiple times and they never wanna answer the phones I would say this is the worst service I’ve ever had will be going somewhere else

Figured it would be like just like the one it replaced SMH I'll stop in later for records and I'll find a new dentist that returns calls and answers phones in a timely manner!!

I don’t fell that a proper oral exam was done - no one examined my teeth and gums with a mirror and probe, as has happened at every other dentist I have been to. When I asked why they didn’t floss my teeth or descale below the gum line I was told “we use an ultrasonic scaler and so we don’t need to.” I have crowding of my front teeth and food tends to get stuck there. After the appointment when I went to my car I flossed my front teeth and food still came out. I don’t think that right after a cleaning there should still be debris and plaque on my teeth.
