- MCMary CallahanAug 3, 20265.0I rarely see the same people working you must have a high turnover. The younger gentleman that serviced me was very good and thorough. I learned a couple of things about my tinnitus and a mode on the hearing aids I didn’t know before. My devices had to be sent in for repairs but, they provide a loaner pair so, you aren’t without. Plus, he put smaller different ends on them to allow more sound staying in the ear! It was time for an updated hearing test and thought at one point something might not have been working properly so, he did just a few more rings again to make sure and it turned out to be good with nothing else needed.
- JTJoseph TrueJun 19, 20265.0I wear Phonak hearing aids provided by the VA. We were vacationing and the wire to the receiver broke off of my right ear aid. It was a Friday. I couldn't get in a VA center until the following Monday. I Googled for support and found AudioNova. They were able to see me almost immediately and they were able to replace my broken wire. Nathan did an awesome job. Thank you.

They had excellent knowledge of my issue and repaired quickly.Nathan Fritz is an excellent Hearing Specialist. I highly recommend him.
