  Was quoted an incorrect price for power chair. Quoted a price and was told that there was a tax at pickup and not on the quote. Should be better disclosure.

  Happy with the product but poor customer service. They were able to find the power chair we wanted and get it in a fast manner. The issue is bad information passed by employees. We were told on multiple occasions an “out the door” price and the fact that there wasn’t sales tax because it’s a mobility item. Fast forward to paying for the item they wanted to charge sales tax. We told them that one of their employees said there is no sales tax and this was an out the door price. The manager then tried to explain sales tax to me like I was 5. It wouldn’t have been an issue if the salesman had given us the right information and also known that this item didn’t count for the mobility sales tax exemption. Instead we got nothing from the company to try and make it right.

  They had to get a power booster, as we have a hybrid, it’s been over a week now and still haven’t heard anything

  Robbie was very knowledgeable and provided us with options to fit our needs. They were able to get everything installed in the quick timeframe we had to get the project completed. My parents live our new lift and stair chair. Robbie, Caleb, and 101 Mobility are the best!

  Terrible customer service. I sold a nearly $4,000 stairlift about 2.5 years old and in excellent condition to Robbie at 101 Mobility for $250 because we were moving to a new home that didn’t require it. Someone arrived on the day of our final walkthrough 4 hours late to pick it up, just before the new buyers were set to arrive. He had no explanation as to why he was late and did not call to update us on an arrival time. Three weeks later I still have not received payment. I was informed today that they sent it to my old address even though the form that I filled out during the pickup had the correct address on it, and they knew the purpose of the sale was because we were moving. I asked Holly if she could stop payment on the check and reissue it to the correct address and was told that wasn’t company policy. I informed her that this was THEIR mistake and they have a $4,000 piece of equipment that I have not been paid for. I requested the stairlift be returned to me or have the check reissued. She dismissed my request and now we will see how they handle it from here.
