- ATAllen TietzSep 27, 20265.0On September 17, we were driving from Fort Wayne Indiana to Lincoln Nebraska, when we stopped at a motel in Iowa City Iowa. In our motel room my eyeglasses broke in a freak accident at around 7:30 pm. My wife suggested that perhaps the Lens Crafters in the Coral Ridge Mall could help. I hustled to the mall and got to Lens Crafters aout 15 minutes before closing. My eyeglasses were not repairable. However, the two Lens Crafter employees were able to transfer my lenses to a frame that has worked great ever since. They saved my vacation! i am so grateful for their wonderful demeanor and excellent customer service. Thank you.....and I am sorry that I do not remember their names.
