Yoga Studio
We are Iowa City/Coralville's premier hot yoga studios and home to a collective group of teachers who have connected through the practice and teaching together since 2002! Our goal was to create a community that is welcoming, classes that are empowering and challenging and an opportunity to dig deep into the core of our purpose.
Our vision is not a perfect pose rather the quality of intention inside the pose. A celebration of life and its challenges, realizing that all of us know struggle. Every Instructor challenges a different aspect of your practice. We invite you to practice what challenges you and what stretches you to expand your practice and your life.
