He genuinely cares about each individual and does not rush the appointment. Additionally he is timely, you're not waiting an unreasonable amount of time from when you check in to when you are seen. My children and myself have gone to Dr. Copeland for years, and do not plan to seek another Optometrist until he retires, which hopefully is not anytime soon.
