- MBMargo BMay 9, 20235.0101 Mobility Heros I can not say enough about the amazing service with 101 Mobility. My family and I were in Coralville for a few long, cold days ... walking to venues. Unfortunately, I left the charger for my chair at home. I called several places with no luck. I could make appointments and spend lots of money. But these places lacked knowledge of any kind and no guarantees. I was extremely frustrated at this point. Thankfully, Google directed me to 101 Mobility. But this time someone actually answered the phone from the office AND ... they were so knowledgeable and friendly!!! I asked if we could stop in and have my chair looked at. Absolutely, we could!!! Fast forward ... Ken had a charger and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Ummm ... I have a bum wheel, and I need to find a nut for it. No worries 👍🏻 in about 10 minutes, Ken and John had my chair all fixed, and with the quick charger, I was golden for the rest of the day. Honestly, I couldn't hold back the tears. They truly saved the day!!! Bonus ... they work with the VA!!! These people are the real deal!!! Thank you again 😊
