- NBNoneya buizOct 12, 20261.0Through the VA I had a wheelchair lift installed in the back of my truck and it seemed professionally done and instructions were laid out simple enough. Even before leaving the shop I had a black screen on my Bluetooth radio and after screwing with it for 20 minutes or so the store manager was able to get everything back online but then noticed the next time I went to go somewhere the key fob (both) didn't work and had my neighborhood alerted to my horn honking until access via physical key and to the ignition and starting the vehicle. Immediately alerted Ken of the situation and was told they would handle it next week, which was put off for several more weeks until he was no longer even in the area. When further inquiry was made I was told by the owner nothing was their fault and 101 Mobility had no further liability. Just curious if this is the way elderly disabled Veterans are treated and if so why does a contract with them and the Veterans Administration even exist. Shame on 101 Mobility
