  I needed to rent a portable ramp for my home for a few days and 101 Mobility was extremely helpful and flexible for what I needed. Thank you so much!

  Sorry to say service was sub par we were given a chair and we had to get the railing so they put it in then replaced battery in existing chair lift and did full inspection and charged us $150+ besides the cost of installing the lift and not in right place where we wanted it to go told us it would be better where he wanted it to go and now it's in the middle of the stairs because there is a handrail behind the lift so disappointed with this install and to put it where we wanted in the first place to move it across to other side of steps the want 500+ to put it on the other side of the steps

  Mr. Aschoff's 101 Mobility is a first rate exceptional firm in the chairlift business. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Aschoff and his team upon my arrival in the Des Moines area seven years ago. His firm installed a new chairlift here for my wife and me. On a related note, I had a chairlift that I had had in Chicago which I brought here for reinstallation. I had been sold this chairlift by one of the major national firms in the industry as being "reversible" left side to right side. As it turned out, the unit I bought was one side only. Thus, I needed to purchase a new unit from Mr. Aschoff for his team for installation which was "reversible". It worked great. Maintenance after the sale was great as well. Then, lo and behold, my wife and I had to move. At the new place, the unit had to be installed opposite hand from its prior position. Mr. Aschoff's team installed the unit at our new place, and it worked perfectly. I cannot provide enough good things to say about Mr. Aschoff and his team. They are first rate. The firm went out of its way to save me money, and it has been on the spot when needed for minor follow-up matters. Thank you, Mr. Aschoff and team. Highly recommended for other people. Thank you.

  101 Mobility Heros I can not say enough about the amazing service with 101 Mobility. My family and I were in Coralville for a few long, cold days ... walking to venues. Unfortunately, I left the charger for my chair at home. I called several places with no luck. I could make appointments and spend lots of money. But these places lacked knowledge of any kind and no guarantees. I was extremely frustrated at this point. Thankfully, Google directed me to 101 Mobility. But this time someone actually answered the phone from the office AND ... they were so knowledgeable and friendly!!! I asked if we could stop in and have my chair looked at. Absolutely, we could!!! Fast forward ... Ken had a charger and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Ummm ... I have a bum wheel, and I need to find a nut for it. No worries 👍🏻 in about 10 minutes, Ken and John had my chair all fixed, and with the quick charger, I was golden for the rest of the day. Honestly, I couldn't hold back the tears. They truly saved the day!!! Bonus ... they work with the VA!!! These people are the real deal!!! Thank you again 😊
