  My experience with this practice was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, and the office felt very disorganized. It seemed that if one staff member was out of the office, the practice struggled to meet patients’ needs or follow through on important issues. What concerned me most was the way concerns were handled. When I brought a mistake to their attention and expressed concerns about my care, I felt that my feedback was taken personally rather than being addressed professionally. Instead of acknowledging what had happened or having a conversation about my concerns, I was dismissed from the practice shortly after submitting a complaint. Based on my experience, the practice appears to have taken on more patients than it can effectively manage, which seemed to impact the quality and continuity of care. As a patient, I expected open communication, accountability when mistakes occurred, and an opportunity to discuss concerns before such a significant decision was made. Being discharged from a psychiatric practice without any attempt to discuss my concerns was deeply upsetting and, in my opinion, reflected a lack of professionalism and compassion. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for responsive communication, continuity of care, or a collaborative relationship with their mental health provider. I would encourage prospective patients to carefully consider whether this practice is the right fit before establishing care.

  Public humiliation: I walked in and expected to see a recommend psychiatrist named Lindsey. What I was met with at the front desk before and after my appointment was an utter disgrace to the contribution of mental health. I forgot to fill out my paper work and instead of telling me to fill it out, this lady with black hair and freckles looked about 160lb and on the smaller side + middle aged stands up and waves the paper around and says “HEY LINDSEY HE FORGOT TO FILL OUT ALL HIS PAPERWORRRRRK!!!!!!!!” And tells my buisness to the entire office. After my appointment was over the black haird middle aged smaller lady looked at me and said “next time you come in this office” “you WILL have everything ready” “Your 19 for crying out loud you should have this covered” “your 19 you can’t have other people hold your hand your entire life” Worst part is that it wasent even my mistake and it was in front of 2 other nice younger girls at the front desk. The best part is they NEVER ever sent anything to me, they sent it to my mother when I AM the one that needed some help. After facing that public humiliation at the front desk I cried my eyes out in the car. Genuinely considering ending all this, I go for help and get shamed and humiliated end up leaving with tears dropping on the sidewalk. Thank you Integrated Psychiatry PLLC, thanks a lot.

  I don’t think I could recommend or say much this place has done and continues to do for me. AMAZING STAFF, What Corey and the staff have made this place to be is nothing short of a Calling!
