- CHChad HarrisMay 8, 20262.0Doctors have been very nice to work with but the front desk staff and folks who answer the phone are a challenge. I don’t need to deal with an unfriendly person when I can choose to go elsewhere. Tough for the doctors the staff is driving longtime business away.
- SDShelly DavisApr 15, 20261.0My daughter has had a few appointments here and we will not be back. Every time I try to call to schedule an appointment or ask a question I have to leave a message. They never answer the phone and when they do they're rude and sound like they don't care.

After days of calling and leaving voicemails I finally pressed the receptionist as to when I can expect a response. She acted like phone tag and delayed responses were the norm there and then went to "find a nurse". Sorry, just wanted to know if I have cancer or not, no big deal! If you are calling to schedule an appointment, they will answer right away. If you are calling to speak with a provider, good luck! They will not answer or return voicemails.
