It was very easy to make an appointment. The office staff were welcoming and professional. Eric spent a lot of time patiently helping me to decide which choice was best for me and how to operate the aids I decided on. Good experience.

These guys are awesome! They have recently moved so check the address! I had what I thought was a bad charger and they determined it was the card. Gave me a new card for free and got me in and out in 10 minutes! It doesn’t get any better than that. They have previously helped me replace the tubes in my Phonak hearing aids. And did a fantastic job. Go check these people out if you have hearing problems!
