She spoke to me like I was an inconvenience and when I didn’t know what I was supposed to provide (was in a car accident didn’t know what paperwork) she just stated that “most people already know”. Right from when I walked in it seemed as though she did not want me there. My husband spoke to the doctor about her behavior and was met with the good old “I never once had that happen and she’s been my receptionist for twenty years.” It’s unfortunate as I came in with pain that I have been dealing with for weeks.
