  Josh took 2 hours assessing my hearing and patiently listened to my concerns. There was no pressure to buy and when I told him I needed to think about it he still graciously give me a loaner pay of aids to use because one of my current aids was not working.

  You know those situations where your expectations are exceeded and you are completely blown away by someone’s service and professionalism? That was my experience at AudioNova on Edgewood Road in Cedar Rapids. I walked in carrying my 96-year-old father-in-law’s VA-issued hearing aids. I did not walk in with much hope that there would be a solution. Michael was fabulous! She worked diligently and I left the building with functioning hearing aids! I also walked out with the reminder that there are truly good people who want to help and be the bright spot in someone’s day. Thank you, Michael!

  Suppose to have 45free trial, how's it a free trial you have to pay full price for aids and you can get what they sell for 6,000.00 go to Walmart get them for 189.00
