Mia fixed them at no cost, even though I hadn’t bought them from them!! While I was waiting, Xavi was extremely helpful helping me pick out a new pair so I would have a back up. They made this process quick and easy!! I highly recommend them!!

When it comes to up selling, they are not high-pressure or anything and it’s very conversational and they’re very patient and thorough. I wish I got their names so I could mention them specifically, but the lady with the curly hair and pretty nails is my favorite! There’s a lady With gray hair and glasses that's super nice as well and these are the two people. I usually deal with when I come in. They are very knowledgeable about the different frames and give really great recommendations. The lady with the curly hair told me that you can use the sunglasses frames as glasses as well and I wanted to add that here in case anyone didn’t know that. Pro tip I guess. But yes, you will be guaranteed to have an amazing experience every time you come here!
