    Pilates has been the best exercise for me! I have had problems with my heel. I went to physical therapy for weeks without much result. After my first pilates class my heel pain was almost gone. I was amazed! I have continued going to classes & have improved each time. I have more energy & feel better about myself. Everyone at Club Pilates are nice, happy & excited to help. I would recommend Club Pilates to everyone!

    Jolene focuses on new students. She makes efforts to really welcome them in. As a 1.0 class she introduced a variety of exercises, challenging the new and more seasoned students. She uses fun playlist. I welcome variety and use of other apparatus like ball, bosu, bands, springboard and chair.
