  I attended my first session yesterday with Jolene as our instructor. She was very helpful and extremely kind with helping me with the techniques and positions that were correct. I’m in my 70’s and somethings aren’t easy. I felt comfortable doing this class because of her positive words and her understanding of when I needed help. I look forward to many more sessions. Thank you Jolene.

  I recently took the free trial class and absolutely loved it! After the class, there happened to be an open spot in a session with Jolene, and I jumped right in. Jolene is an amazing instructor, she made sure I felt comfortable from the start and was incredibly encouraging throughout the class. As someone new to the studio, I really appreciated how welcoming and supportive she was. The people here are wonderful too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I gave it a try and look forward to coming back!

  I had the best experience ever!! I was nervous and unsure if I can actually do it since I've never done it before nor researched about it. The instructor, Jolene, is amazing. She's very kind, accommodating/hospitable and I feel so welcome!! The facility is very clean and well-maintained. Front desk is very helpful and friendly as well. I'll definitely continue and probably will up my subscription to double!!

  Jolene is great. I am returning to Pilates after many years away. She does such a variety of things and gently corrects without intimidation. Love it.

  I absolutely LOVE pilates and the instructors Ive had thus far. Today, I was instructed by Jolene, she really gave a great workout and I felt like a million bucks when I left- 10 stars!
