I understand you get busy, but when there’s a sign in sheet and you sign in, you expect to be helped in that order. But no, you went and helped the customers walking. Thank you for wasting my time, I will be making sure I do not recommend you to anyone.
- JTJordan ThomasJul 13, 20261.0Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced called me Saturday verified my insurance I guess the specialist didn’t think it was a good idea to right down my information or put notes in the system called back today asking for the same information because now the computer wasn’t find it but mind you we gave them the information Saturday then I let me father handle it because they ask me for his ss and other information I don’t know off the top of my head after my father proceeded to call back with my insurance on the phone the representative hung up in there face then call me back saying there not seeing me because my dad yelling and my dad not a angry person by far he just kept asking them questions I guess they didn’t feel like working today we were upset with them when all they had to do was there job worst place for out of state insurance coverage staff needs to be retrained they also refuse to give there name at the beginning and end of the call after the rude service which i expected
