As my therapist, Anne, was so kind to remind me, I'm "not 15 anymore...". With great grace and patience, Anne took the time to gently coach me into remembering how to take care of the body of an aging martial artist. Where simple things like "stretching" might have been more optional 40 years ago, I was reminded that they are a daily necessity to someone who is (mentally) "21 for life".
