  I went in with my daughter and was immediately greeted. Both ladies working were very helpful. Kelly went out of her way to show us more glasses because my daughter didn’t like the ones on display . She took her time to help my daughter pick the perfect pair. The perfect fit, perfect color , perfect everything. I am so happy I came here because customer service is very important. Definitely recommend this place.

  I want to thank the doctor and staff for making time to get me in to their busy schedule. It meant so much and i cant express my gratitude enough thanks again!!!

  I have been debating posting or not. I still have to go back there for a follow-up adjustment. The experience could have been better. A lady knocked, opened the door, entered and plopped down on her stool. No introduction. No clarifying who I was. Just no personable skills whatsoever. Seemed rude, in my opinion. I still have never learned her name. That just seems weird to me. Zero stars would suit this review better.

  Went in a few minutes before 5 pm. to pick out some glasses. As soon as I walked in the door, I got a look that could kill. The first thing that was said is "we close in a few minutes." I just turned around and left. There's nothing like being felt a bother. Already had my exam for the Johnston location and was treated great. But, there are plenty of other places to go. Why would you even close at 5 when most people work until 5? The employee didn't even know what I wanted or needed. I got a look that said, "Why would you be here. Then snapped with "we close in a few minutes." No, hello, how can I help you. Maybe I just ended an adjustment or cleaning. Once I said what I needed, they could have informed me about the hours. But no, just plan rude

  I had a great experience today! I came in as a new patient and from start to finish it was amazing! The doctor was so kind and helped me figure out what was best for my eye care and was able to answer all my questions. The ladies working up front were great helping me pick out frames and was knowledgeable with my insurance. I felt so welcomed. Thank you!
