Core Physical Therapy was established in 1999 and has grown to 18 specialized physical therapists serving patients in Adel and West Des Moines. Our team brings extensive experience and advanced training in manual therapy techniques including craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and visceral mobilization. Our therapists share a strong foundation in chronic pain management, which extends across each area of our practice. Building on this expertise, our team offers subspecialties that allow us to serve patients across the lifespan.
