- CKCatalina KanavelJul 2, 20261.0Some of the people are really nice. The manager is absolutely not, and I’ll write another review if needed. Amber was so concerned that I was calling to ask questions about cancellation policies regardless of what it was, if I asked a question there was no reason to say “why didn’t you come in, you’re so concerned speaking on your husbands behalf” ABSOLUTELY INSANE. WHAT WORKER TALKS LIKE THAT? I’ve never spoken to anyone more rude, then to proceed to say “you’re just going in circles” yet you’re the one who kept asking what I called about but still wouldn’t answer me correctly without being rude. My husband said she was rude to him as well when he came in too. Kept saying “Read the policy”. I hardly go as much as my husband and that’s fine but to be rude because I kept trying to ask a question is crazy. Will be calling supervisor/HR moving forward. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what I call about or am concerned with, that’s no one’s business. Next time it should be someone who’s kind to others not constantly talking over etc. then saying “can I finish” when I couldn’t even finish half of what I’m saying.

- JJJay JayJun 28, 20265.0Great gym with fairly new equipment - it’s way cleaner than other gyms. Sundays gotta watch out as there’s a nearby church with services from 7:15am till about 2pm so parking can get crazy. Staff is friendly.

- NCNel C.May 19, 20261.0I came in today to use the gym pass because I was seriously thinking about joining, but unfortunately the experience I had with the front desk staff completely put me off. I had called the day before to confirm that childcare was included and that I’d be able to attend a class. But when I came in this morning (Tuesday the 19th around 9am), the lady at the front desk was really rude and unprofessional. She told me, “We don’t give free childcare,” in a very dismissive way, even though I had already confirmed it the day before. The whole interaction made me feel unwelcome, and because of that experience I won’t be joining the gym anymore. it was really disappointing.
