  Sorry front desk reps, disrespectful snobby customer service. Highly suggest Mililani location or the one in town if you decide to home base a gym. Only thing good about this location is the equipment but having to feel like you’re a bother at this gym when you ask for help is mind blowing. Fire them! Other than that the coaches are pretty dope. Just the customer service side 👎. Should of got that lady’s name today to report her to corporate. If you hate your job, quit. Your whole point is customer service, learn it.

  This location is horrible. I’ve never had to deal with such rude, unprofessional, and unkind employees. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the managers are no better. Since we started our membership, we have repeatedly felt singled out and treated poorly by the staff. Employees openly talk about customers, argue with them, and create an extremely uncomfortable environment. On one occasion, a manager even called my boyfriend “stupid” and said she was rude to him because he asks “stupid questions.” That type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. The only reason we continue to spend our money here is because it is the closest gym to where we live. However, I am honestly fed up with the constant attitude and lack of professionalism from the employees. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome at a place they are paying to use. Management seriously needs to address the way employees speak to and treat their customers. We deserve better customer service and basic respect.

  I went into the gym to work out and I say a lady behind the front desk with boxed eyebrows screaming and being super rude slamming membership scanner while talking to two young customers once which wasn’t even involved she should be fired immediately

  They have rude and disrespectful staff a lady at the front desk slammed the membership scanner and wouldn’t let anyone else check in after I asked a question very politely and they have staff that mislead people and charge a 100 dollars for when you try to cancel on top of your monthly fee

  Signed up through active and fit but my membership doesn’t go into effect until 1 August. I asked if I can do a free trial and the person on the phone told me they cannot do a 2 day trial because I already signed up. CRAZY customer service and looks like they won’t do the most for their future members. Needless to say I’m canceling without even trying since this is ridiculous. Good job UFC
