- AAAnonyMrApr 14, 20263.0Went in last year, received good treatment and attentive doctor’s care. My complaint is with their finance department, kept sending my bill without having run through my insurance despite having it on file, 4 months later finally called it in and they were able to fix the bill.. but the thing is, I shouldn’t have had to point that out. They have one job, and they needed to be corrected on it. Grateful for the care I received, just make sure to go over the bill when you get it.

I ended up figuring out I needed to fill out a registration form from a sign on the cluttered desk that did not stand out at all. I waited 40 minutes to finally be called to check-in where I was told my insurance was not covered. I was told by my insurance I could go to any urgent care. I was told the opposite by this office.
