When our child had an unexpected dental emergency, they managed to squeeze us into the schedule on very short notice. From the moment we walked in, the entire front desk and clinical staff were so attentive, welcoming, and reassuring during a stressful moment. Dr. Audrey was absolutely amazing—so kind, gentle, and thorough in explaining every step of the process. She immediately put my child (and me!) at ease. We are so grateful to have found such a caring pediatric dental team!

From the moment we walked in, the front desk was welcoming and made the paperwork process seamless. The dentist and staff were gentle, patient, and made our daughter feel completely at ease right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend them to any locals or traveling families needing top-notch pediatric dental care!

My son used to be so scared of dentists, doctors and nurses that's why I want to commend on Keiki Smiles of Leeward’s doctors & staffs for making my son so brave enough to do his dental check-up. He is no longer crying nor making unnecessary movements and no more too much questions from him - just his way of delaying the service because he was anxious. They have a magical touch and words that kids listened to. The staffs are so welcoming and they handle each patient very well and even making the kids happy by giving them something after the visit is done. Kudos to them! We are so grateful for their good service. Mahalo!
