- BMbig MenehuneApr 17, 20261.0Cislo seemed nice at first but acts high attitude doesn’t truly listen to patient concerns and then charges you for dropping him as a dentist. I told the receptionist I didn’t want to come back and they still tried to charge me a missed appointment fee even though I made it clear I didn’t want to come back because I suspected my root canal (the one he did) was failing less than a year after procedure . I just confirmed with a real professional that indeed the root canal wasn’t performed properly and has lead to chronic infection and now requires complete extraction if a apicoectomy doesn’t work. Also the crown he provided ($2k price and he promised it would be strong/stronger than normal tooth) has fractured in less than 2 years. He wouldn’t listen when I said it didn’t fit my bite properly. I see he has good reviews and I went to him with high recommendation but I was not impressed and feel worse off than before. I’d ask for his help but I don’t trust him at this point. Thanks doc…
